1. The service

The portal lets you see open roles, submit matching, interested candidates for them, send assessments and earn a payout when a candidate you submitted is hired. The hiring company decides which roles are listed and makes every hiring decision.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; activity on your account is your responsibility.
• The details in your profile must be accurate and kept up to date.
• If you sign in with a company email and join your organisation’s account, everyone at that domain who joins shares its submissions and payouts.

3. Submitting candidates

• Only submit candidates who match the role’s requirements and have told you they are interested in it.
• Only submit candidates who have agreed to be put forward for that specific role.
• The information and resume you submit must be genuine and accurate.
• Do not submit a candidate who has already applied to, or been submitted for, the same role by someone else.
• Do not charge candidates any fee for being submitted.

4. Ownership of a candidate

If the same candidate is submitted for the same role more than once, the earliest valid submission recorded in the portal is the one that counts for the payout.

5. Payouts

Payouts are covered by our Payment Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Assessments

Assessment links are for the candidate you generated them for. Do not complete an assessment on a candidate’s behalf or help them during it.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape or resell role information from the portal.
• Do not try to access other partners’ data or interfere with the portal.
• Do not use the portal for anything unlawful.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, including by submitting candidates without their consent or submitting false information. Payouts linked to those submissions may be withheld.

9. Liability

The portal is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired or that any role will stay open. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost earnings from using the portal.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and your candidates’ information.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
