Frequently asked questions
Everything recruiters ask us about joining, submitting and getting paid.
Joining
Who can join?
Any independent recruiter or recruitment agency. Sign up with your email; there is no password to set.
How do I sign in?
Enter your email and we send you a six-digit code. Type it in and you are signed in.
Can my whole agency share one account?
Yes. Sign in with your company email and choose Organisation when you set up your profile. Everyone at the same email domain who joins sees the same submissions and payouts.
Submitting candidates
Who should I submit?
Only candidates who match the role and want it. Find someone from your own network whose skills and experience fit the job, check with them that they are interested, then submit. A few well-matched candidates beat many that do not fit.
How do I submit a matching, interested candidate?
Open the role, choose Submit, and add their resume. We fill in their details from the resume for you to check, you confirm they match the role and are interested, and you submit.
Do I need the candidate’s permission?
Yes. Only submit people who have agreed to be put forward for that role. See our Terms & Conditions.
Who reads the resumes?
The recruiters working on the role. There is no automated screening of partner submissions.
What if someone else already submitted the same candidate?
The earliest valid submission for that role counts.
How do I follow my candidate’s progress?
Every submission shows its current stage on your Submissions page.
Assessments
Which roles have an assessment?
Roles with an assessment are marked with an Assessment badge.
How does my candidate take it?
Generate a test link from their submission and send it to them. Links expire, so generate one when they are ready.
Can I see the score?
Yes. The score appears on the submission as soon as the candidate finishes.
Payouts
How much can I earn?
Each role sets its own payout: a flat fee or a percentage of salary. Sign in to see it on the role.
When do I get paid?
The payout becomes due when your candidate reaches Hired. It is then paid to your payout account.
Who pays the referral fee?
The hiring company. The amount is set on each role, and Scrini tracks it for you on the submission.
Where do I add my bank details?
On the Payouts page. You can add a bank account or a UPI ID.
Where can I read the full rules?
In our Payment Policy.
