This policy explains what we collect when you use the Scrini Partner Portal as a recruiter or agency, what we collect about the candidates you submit, and how that information is used.
Who we are
The Partner Portal is run by Scrini and lists roles from every company hiring through Scrini. Scrini operates the portal; each hiring company decides which of its roles are open, reviews the candidates submitted to it and makes its own hiring decisions.
What we collect about you
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, and whether you refer as an individual or as part of an organisation.
- Organisation details: if you join as an organisation, its name and email domain, and the list of colleagues who share the account.
- Payout details: the account holder name, bank name, account number, IFSC code and UPI ID you add to receive payouts.
- Activity: the candidates you submit, the roles you submit them to, and their progress.
What we collect about candidates
When you submit a candidate we store their name, email address, phone number, resume and any notes you add. We read the resume file to pre-fill the candidate’s details for you to review. We then show the candidate’s stage, assessment status and score to you.
You must have the candidate’s permission before you submit their details. By submitting, you confirm that they have agreed to be put forward for the role and to have their information shared with the hiring company.
How we use information
- To sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email.
- To pass your candidates to the recruiters working on each role.
- To send assessment links and show results.
- To work out and pay the payouts you earn.
- To keep the portal secure and to fix problems.
We do not sell your information or your candidates’ information.
Who can see it
- The hiring company for a role sees the candidates you submit to it and who submitted them. No other company sees them.
- Your organisation, if you joined one, sees every submission and payout on the shared account.
- Service providers that host the portal and send email process data for us, under our instructions.
Your own submissions and payouts are private to you if you refer as an individual.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and submission records while your account is active and for as long as we need them to settle payouts, meet legal and accounting duties, and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can update your profile and payout details from your account at any time. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account, email us at partner@scrini.ai. Candidates can make the same requests about their own information.
Browser storage and cookies
The portal keeps a few things in your browser so it works: your sign-in, your answer to the privacy notice, and small preferences such as a profile photo you add or a dismissed install prompt. These are essential and are never used to track you.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics to understand how the portal is used, it will only run if you chose Accept on the privacy notice. Choosing Rejectkeeps everything essential working. To change your answer, clear this site’s data in your browser and you will be asked again.
Security
Sign-in uses one-time codes instead of passwords. Bank account numbers are shown masked once saved. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep access to your email account safe.
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
