## Key facts

- Recruiters sign up with an email address and a one-time code; there is no password.
- Each open role sets its own payout: a flat fee or a percentage of the hired candidate’s salary.
- The payout becomes due when the candidate is selected (hired), and is paid to a bank account, UPI ID, PayPal account or Stripe account, whichever the recruiter prefers.
- A candidate moves through four stages: Submitted, Scrini assessment, client assessment, Selected.
- Best practice: find a candidate from your own network who matches the role, confirm they are interested, then submit them.
- Every candidate is assessed against the role’s requirements; the hiring team makes the final decision.
- Agencies can share one account across everyone at the same email domain.
