Role Overview:Drives functional support, system setups, and process enhancements across procurement and supplieroperations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle L2/L3 support for Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, and Supplier Portal. •
Resolve support tickets, configure approval rules, and update document formatting. •
Coordinate with technical teams on procurement and supplier integrations. • Validate
quarterly release features and assist with end-user training.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:
• Experience: 5+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Domain Knowledge: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles, approval management, and supplier onboarding.
• Reporting: Hands-on expertise with OTBI and BI Publisher for SCM.
