Healthcare Operations Evaluator (contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations content, including revenue cycle analyses, scheduling workflows, staffing plans, and operational SOPs, against defined quality rubrics.
• Assess documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for factual accuracy, operational rigor, compliance considerations, and presentation quality.
• Identify subtle errors, unsupported conclusions, compliance issues, and recommendations that may not work effectively in practice.
• Write clear, structured feedback and detailed justifications for each evaluation score.
• Apply healthcare operations knowledge to distinguish accurate information from assumptions or inferences.
• Review operational recommendations across areas such as revenue cycle, patient access, clinical operations, and compliance.
• Help refine grading criteria and evaluation standards based on recurring findings and reviewer feedback.
• Iterate on evaluation work based on feedback from senior reviewers.
• Complete a 10–15 minute online assessment focused on healthcare operations knowledge and evaluation judgment as part of the application process.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations or administration, including areas such as revenue cycle, patient access, clinical operations, or compliance.
• Working knowledge of at least one of the US, Canadian, or UK healthcare systems.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially slides and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written English.
• Ability to follow complex instructions, reason through ambiguity, and spot subtle errors in polished work.
• Ability to clearly separate what you know from what you are inferring.
• Ability to work independently, learn new tools quickly, and take feedback well.
• Availability to work 30–40+ hours per week for the full 12-week engagement.
• Must be based in and working from the US, Canada, or UK.

Engagement Conditions

• Independent contractor status with remote work performed on your own schedule within the required weekly availability.
• No access to patient information or confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
