Overview

This is a fixed-term contract role where the candidate will provide marketing operations support for event and webinar technology platforms within an enterprise business environment. The role focuses on managing systems such as Splash, Zoom Webinars, and their integration with Marketo and Salesforce, while also expanding support for platforms like Cvent and Jifflenow.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for Splash, managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining configuration standards.
Provide comprehensive support for Zoom Webinars, including assisting with the migration to Zoom Webinars Plus.
Deliver targeted support for event platforms, specifically in Cvent and Jifflenow, ensuring efficient platform usage.
Facilitate integrations between event technology and systems such as Marketo and Salesforce to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to address technical issues and drive platform improvements.
Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities to resolve recurring operational challenges.
Support procurement discussions related to event technology and other marketing operations tooling.
Ensure a smooth handover and maintain high service levels throughout the contract term.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Demonstrable Splash administration experience within a marketing operations or marketing technology context.
Strong experience with Zoom Webinars including operations, troubleshooting, and platform management.
Working understanding of integrations between event and webinar platforms with Marketo and Salesforce.
Ability to independently triage and resolve technical issues while knowing when to escalate.
Clear communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both marketing stakeholders and technical teams.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or event technology support.
Availability to start on 19 October 2026 and commit to the full term of the contract.
